Support
Questions, suggestions, or an AI reply that didn't seem right? Email panny@n239.xyz and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Including your iPhone model, iOS version, and what happened helps us find the cause faster.
Getting started
Do I need to sign in?
No. Panny works right away and no feature needs an account. Signing in is only for restoring from backup when you switch phones or reinstall the app. You can skip it and sign in later in Settings.
What do I need for a birth chart?
Your gender, birth date, birth time, and birth city. If you don't know your exact birth time, turn on "Not sure of the exact time (use noon, 12:00)" and noon (12:00) is used as an estimate. If your city isn't listed, choose "Other place" and type the place name. These details are kept only on your phone.
Can I change the AI's name and tone?
Yes, in Settings under "Panny's name and tone". Names can be up to 12 characters; leave it blank to keep Panny. There are three tones. They all judge things the same way and only differ in how they say it.
How do I switch languages?
Panny follows your iPhone's language. To change it for Panny only, go to iPhone Settings › Panny › Language.
AI replies
How do AI replies work, and what gets sent?
Before you use AI for the first time, the app lists what will be sent and asks for your consent. After that, the message you send (including any photo), recent messages in the same topic, and a birth chart summary without your name or birthplace are sent to generate a reply. We don't keep this content or use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I use Panny without AI?
Yes. Turn it off in Settings › AI Features and turn it back on anytime. Logging emotions and decisions, drawing cards, and your birth chart all keep working, and your messages are still saved. You just won't get AI replies.
How do I report an inappropriate AI reply?
Press and hold the reply and choose "Report this reply". This opens an email to us with the reply attached.
I've used up my AI replies
The free plan includes 20 AI replies a month and resets on the 1st. You can also upgrade in Settings › Plans. When you run out, your messages are still saved, and logging, drawing cards, and charts aren't affected.
Subscriptions & payment
What plans are there?
Free: 20 AI replies a month. Light, NT$149/month: 100 a month, up to 10 a day. Full, NT$249/month or NT$2,890/year: 250 a month, up to 20 a day. Prices shown are Taiwan App Store prices including tax; other regions see local App Store pricing. Logging, drawing cards, and charts are always free.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Panny, and cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After cancelling, you can keep using your plan until the period ends.
Will my subscription carry over to a new phone?
Yes. It's tied to your Apple Account. Use the same Apple Account on your new phone and Panny checks your subscription with Apple when you open it.
I'd like a refund
Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Data & backup
How do I move my data to a new phone?
On your old phone, sign in with Apple or Google in Settings. Your data is encrypted on the phone before it's backed up. Sign in with the same account on your new phone to restore. The decryption key is kept in your iCloud Keychain, so both phones need the same Apple Account with iCloud Keychain turned on.
Can I keep my own copy?
Yes. Settings › Export all data (JSON file) creates a file you can save anywhere and import later.
How do I delete my data or account?
To delete your cloud backup, sign out and delete the backup in Settings. To delete your account, go to Settings › Delete Account; this deletes your account data and cloud backup. Data on your phone stays until you delete the app.
Other
